Attorney Peter L. Carr is the founder of PLC Law Group in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Carr dedicates his practice to civil rights, criminal defense and personal injury. He primarily focuses his practice on civil rights cases involving police brutality and represents clients in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego and Santa Monica as well as throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties.Mr. Carr earned a bachelors degree in sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles. He went on to receive a masters degree and law degree from the joint degree program at University of California Los Angeles School of Law, in conjunction with the Ralph J.
