While in college, he served an internship with a member of the New York State Assembly. Mr. Diamond then moved to Florida to pursue his legal education and enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law. During his years there, he was a legal intern with the Miami-Dade County Public Defenders Office and clerked for an Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida judge before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 1997. After graduation, Mr. Diamond has been admitted to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.In his 20 years of practice, Mr. Diamond has provided legal representation in South Florida to hundreds of people in the community and the companies they own. For the past several years, Mr. Diamond has focused his practice on helping consumers navigate the insurance claim process after an unfortunate loss to house, car, boat or other property.
